What about meals & snacks?

• Overnight groups in need of meals will love our crowd-pleasing and affordably set menu, with food prepared by the Columbia Catering team.

• Hotel-style guests:
  • Our campus is within easy walking or driving distance of a number of restaurants & coffee shops.
  • Ask about booking a suite with full kitchenette if you would like to prepare your own meals during your stay.

Each summer, Columbia reserves 24 units on the top floor of Redekop Hall CBC students or alumni to rent as short-term summer housing, with preference given to people with plans to stay for the entire summer and are returning students.

Rental rates for 2020 are set at $350/month, which includes access to a kitchen and bathroom that you will share with two other units.

Available Dates: May 1, 2020 - August 15, 2020.

To request a summer rental, please submit the Summer Rental Request form, and a member of the Conferences team will get back to you.

Already living in residence? Columbia students living in residence who reserve summer rental accommodations are able to remain on campus from the end of classes/exams in April until May 1.  If you have a spot in residence for the Fall semester, you are also able to stay on campus from August 15 until the start of classes. Note that you'll be switching to your summer room when notified by the Conferences team.
